This is the first I have heard of this. I need to boil my water and I’m wondering why I wasn’t I notified by the water company already. I will be giving them a call personally tomorrow.

Amen Missy! A good house cleaning just might do it!

They should have to either leave a written notice on doors and/or call ALL customers in the area that needs to boil water.
Not everyone has internet access. I didn’t find out until this afternoon we should have been boiling our water.

I do not check the web site often, but now I hear about the water boil notice. I agree there needs to be a better way to notify users of boiling water. No wonder my grandson was sick yesterday. Our water system officials leave a lot to be desired. I think we need to clean house the next election.

as much as we pay for water you might think they would send in the mail a warning or door notices thankgod for Northescambia.com. what about those who dont have a computer……They collect enough money if your late and get cut off $50 plus your bill to reconnect That is not right…….

The notice begins at the Bratt Crossroads and runs East. This is just a precautionary notice.
