This has been the worst 10 months our family has faced. Loosing Karen was the saddest day of our lifes. We find strength from our Savior. Karen was on her way to college that morning when she was hit by a driver who wasnt paying attention, she was 23 years old the day she died, on her way to becoming a nurse on the Dean's list. She received 26 pints of blood that day trying to save her life, for those of you who are in the medical field, you know that's a lot of blood, considering you can only give 1 pint at a time. Our family felt this would be a great way to give back to the blood bank. Karen is smiling from Heaven today I know it. I miss you so much sweet girl, I'll see you in Heaven again I promise! Everyone please come out and give back today you never know when it could be your child in need of it!
