		<description>Many people don&#039;t own anything BUT t-shirts, dad. They also may figure that since the job is mostly clean up of some really nasty oil, they shouldn&#039;t worry about wearing a suit and tie. 
As a former job trainer and interviewer, I can tell you that we look for people who are dressed appropriately for the job. If they will need to wear business attire, they should wear that to the interview. If they will need to wear casual attire, they should wear that.</description>
