if the pilings were rotten, the load on top did not cause the rot.

if the trucks were overloaded, the department of transportation is responsible for policing them.

if they were not overloaded, they have the right to use the roads the same as real people do.

Ive been working on this bridge since the job started,it was in need of repair very badly.the bridge is very old, and needed pilings changed,they where rotted..we finished today.but the asphalt has to cool..we will be removing the work barge in the morning..so the road sould be open by 12:00..lunch time..,Keith with DKE MARINE SERVICE really knows what he’s doing and has been really good to work for..

since the damage was more than likely done by HEAVY log trucks flying down sandy hollow rd, can’t they be held liable?

Hopefully they will get this fixed quickly, so that everyone that uses this road won’t have to take so many detours, and at least it will hopefully be alot safer for drivers to cross over…
