Nobody asked about Magnum Industries, and they stiffed the town for $274,000. Is there a pattern here? Being a "successful" businessperson does not document your CHARACTER & integrity. People also give up on participating in government when the have no voice or options (Choices). The SUNSHINE LAW requires that the public be notified in advance of meetings attended by elected officials. It does not say there cannot be meetings. Perhaps there needs to be a public policy and procedure on hiring degreed professionals. Trish,
