Maybe if they put your name in the paper, good citizens could help you
out and pay them for you if they know you and your sick, ever think about
that.

Sometimes you just have to swallow your pride and let ppl help.

Try to remember if the shoe don’t fit in these posts, just don’t wear them.

I”m not talking about you hon, sick is another story, where did I say anything
about sick ppl.

But you are a minority, most of the ppl who aren’t working and aren’t paying
thier bills, just don’t want to. There ARE jobs that can be had. Maybe not
what their use to, or not what they want, but hey thats what grown ups do.
They grow up.

MS so sorry to hear that, and it strikes at such an early age.

Only 9% not paying by the dead line? This is probably not bad considering the state of the economy. By the way, how does this year’s percentage compare to say two years and five years ago?

Well, Dunno, if I was capable of working, you can bet I’d be out there working or trying to find a job. As it is, I have numerous health problems, including MS and now I just had my second heart attack.Many days, I have to use a walker and others, a wheelchair. I am unable to work, but I’m still fighting with Social Security to get my disability. I am surviving on child support which doesn’t extend to being able to pay property taxes. I am stuck in the position of waiting and hoping that my disability will be approved before I lose my home. If it doesn’t come in before then, my kids and I will be homeless.
My question is……what do you think will be accomplished by embarrassing us by putting my name and address in the paper to tell everybody that I am unable to pay my taxes? It’s certainly not going to get my taxes paid any sooner.
Glad to know that you can say, with no doubt whatsoever, that my taxes aren’t paid because I’m just too lazy or too good to get out there and work. I’m so glad that you have that power.

You could say that 23 million is owed by ppl without work, however,
I know a lot of ppl who are out of work, who say they are to good to
take a lower paying job, or two jobs, or a job in another state to support
their kids, but they sure aren’t to good to lose their homes, not pay
their taxes and leave the mess for everyone else to pay what they don’t!

Guess there will always be ppl not responsible enough to work and not
make other ppl clean up their messes.
