if their worried about ATV’s and such going in the park, why not put up a fence, with a gate thats too small for them to fit through.

I’ve let my kids play on it. There is heavy equipment on site sometimes during the day; so late afternoon might be best. I noticed yesterday that they have finally cut the grass, so that’s a plus.

A word of warning — if it has rained at all, it’s best to park on Bratt Road rather than driving into the park unless you have a truck. The drive into the park is not for cars until they get it fixed.

Shouldnt take over 40 years to grow quality shade.

Your right about the four wheelers and ATV’S. They have already started tearing the walking trails-up. Also some idiot’s have been driving veheciles on the trail.
BUT I BELIEVE WE RESIDENTS CAN GET TAG NUMBERS, CALL THE POLICE AND TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. THERE ARE FOLKS THAT LIVE RIGHT AT THE PARK THAT ARE GOING TO KEEP A GOOD EYE ON THE PARK. EVEN THE MAYOR OF BRATT LIVES RIGHT BESIDE IT. THANKS MR D. BASS.
WE LIVE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD FROM THE PARK AND AFTERING TALKING TO NEIGHBORS, WE WILL HAVE A NEIGHBOR-HOOD-WATCH. PLEASE HELP US. PLEASE LET YOUR YOUNG PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO RIDE THEIR VEHIECLES OR ATV’S SO MOM AND POP YOU DON’TGET FINDED.

I hope they plant some trees around the walking trail, it looks like it will be out in the hot sun. That’s one thing good about Atmore’s park, the pine trees provide nice dappled shade.

I hope they have a fence and gate that LOCKS, and someone to lock it at night..to keep vandals from destroying the place. If not, well it will be a mess before too long.

This will be great for the people of this community. I just hope that the associated fencing will keep the four wheel ATV’s out of the park.
