Mr. Sanders has served this community for years and is the perfect person to take the helm and do whats best for the county as a whole. How do expect an outsider to come in and automatically know whats best for the people of this county. No one can care more than someone who has been serving this Community for their whole life. Just my thought. If you are looking for yes man then hire from outside the county. But if you are looking for someone that knows the rope and the frays in the rope...
