Thank God this young man was not seriously injured. People just reading this and deciding to judge him should remember a person never knows what the future may hold for them or their child. Before we all throw stones we should remember Justin is someones child. Instead of being so quick to judge maybe everyone should take time to be thankful no one was hurt.
Then say a prayer that this accident will be a wake up call for others.

He may not have known his license were suspended. The insurance lapse for more than 30 days does constitute suspension of the license, but, most this happens to do not know their license are suspended until they receive notice from the State.

Either way, he should be more responsible and keep updated insurance as the law requires and should be mandated now to pay the homeowners back and then some! Maybe he will receive a hefty fine from the courts before he has to pay the 250.00 to reinstate his license!

Once again John Q Public pays the price for some loser who had no reason to be driving and no insurance.So the land owners are left holding the bill while the tax payers foot the bill for this mans attorney.A 500.00 bond means he had to come up with 50.00 bucks to get out of jail.People remember who these judges are that hand down moronic bonds like this and also the ones who hand out laughable sentences.Keep a piece of paper by your computer and write the judges names down for reference at the election polls.William it would be great if you could provide us the judges names on things so we will know.Or at least tell us how we can find out.

these kinds of accidents should not be considered an misdemeanor.
This guy knew he didn’t have a license or insurance, and since he didn’t we
all know this is not his first offense.

What if he had driven through to homes instead of fences and killed ppl.

And I don’t want to hear what a hard working guy he is and he was just tired!

He is 28 years old, driving without a valid license, has no insurance, destroys someone’s property and he is out on a $500.00 bond! Too bad there is no charge for total disregard of the law and the bond was about $10,000. Perhaps, some time in county lockup would make him stop and think before he got behind the wheel again. A tragedy was averted here, but the next time it could be a carload of defenseless kids in his path when he “loses control”.
