Apparently alot of people dont have a problem with this bill. How dare anyone think teachers should have accountability. Parents are an issue, but it's not always the parent's fault. We have some great teachers but I have seen more than a few "bad apples." These "bad apples" make the good teachers jobs even harder. I see first hand how this affects the educational process. Its sad when a teacher won't let their child take a class because another teacher is incompetent or has emotional issues that consume the classroom and after numerous complaints that teacher remains at the school.
