My prayers go out to the family. Just remember God does everything for a reason and he never makes misstakes. He just needed to call another one of his angels home. Family keep your heads up.

It is so sad that this happened. I knew Mr. Watkins as a very nice and caring man. It is amazing that during the trek from the outside north bound lane all the way across the highway that there was no other vehicles involved. Rest in Peace Mr. Watkins and my condolences to the family.
