Responding to ” questions ” no its not agianst the law to ride in the back of a pick-up truck as long as you are sitting in the bed not on the fendor wells of the truck.

It’s all about revenue generation folks.

Click it or Ticket campaign: 17% of tickets for seat belts, .8% DUI, 27% speeding. I guess the other 55.2% of the tickets were for other more serious violations?

IT it against the law in the stae of Flordia to ride on the back of a truck ? IT should be.

They will let you ride on the back of a pickup truck and ride a motorcycle without a helmet and going to write you a ticket for not buckling up your seat belt.

Troopers issued 36,858 traffic citations from March 1 through March 15

Now thats a lot of money. Tropers economic stimulus. Don’t get mad if you got a ticket. Their just doing what they are paid to do. Looks like they are doing pretty good at it.
