bronwyn: get real your way of thinking is more than likey going to send us over the hill as a society/consentual would indicate that the child, and I highly emphasize the word child, gave heror his permission, my thought is, how would you feel if this was your child whether they were 7 or 17. Abuse is abuse any way that you look at it. In the smallest chance that you have not crawled out of the cave that you still live in, sex with a minor is illegal

Here’s my Law: If anyone commits any Abuse on a child under 18, (don’t care what kind of Abuse) they lose their rights, and are put to death immediately.
This may cut down on the monsters that do commit crimes on our Children. And prevent them from getting out of jail and doing it again. I’m so tired of hearing and seeing these monsters committing crimes on our children. Its time to change the laws and punishments for this type of crime.
I would rather have my tax money going for a burial or cremation, then on court fees and etc.

It’s not good to try and place the whole field of law enforcement in the same barrel. Don’t care what field of work you chose, you will get a bad apple or one go bad. It’s impossible to know a man or womans heart and soul. Over the years I have worked around people that were what you might call the cream of the crop, people you would have never dreamed of doing some of the things they were caught doing. You never know when something in a human may change their lives to point we would call them sick, perverted, or what ever title you want to place on them. Some could be your best friend, some a family member, other just someone you know. Job titles don’t make perfect people, and we don’t live in a perfect world.
Only the blood of Jesus can cleans a mans soul. After that we still slip up every now and then. Jesus can save your soul and give you eternal life no matter what you have done. But that don’t keep you from the concequences of the world. Prices to pay even your life sometimes.

I would surely believe that there must be substantiating evidence due to the fact that there are multiple charges. However, innocent until proven guilty is how the justice system is designed to work. IF he is found guilty in a court of law, I believe that is very shameful and will be another mark against others in the law enforcement field. People please remember that even if he is proven guilty and convicted this man is not the norm, but the exception to the rule. The worst of all of this is how it will change/affect the live(s) of the victim(s). He will be entitled to Protective Management, which he can request and most likely will. His victims were never offered that much mercy from him. I can only hope that if he is convicted that his cell mate will show him the same courtesy that he has shown to the victims.

BRONWYNN……So are you saying the 182 counts my father had against him was consensual? NOT…..that is a count for each picture and/or offense! And yes each of these counts was over a “TEN YEAR” period, so it is possible to have that many counts! Maybe you need to reread my post again….cause I stated if the idiot is “GUILTY” he needs to be put underneath the prison system. On another note, I can’t see a young child under the age of “12″ making a story up like this. So, BRONWYNN, you must share the same thoughts my mother did all those years ago……I was old enough to know better? If so, you are as sick as the idiot that is suppose to serve and protect the community…..
