CONGRATULATIONS !!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A MOBILE HOME PUT MY 3 ACRES WITH MY MOBILE HOME FOR MY MOM AND THEY TELL ME THEY CANT DO IT….. WHY OWN LAND WHEN YOU STILL CANT DO WHAT U WANT WITH IT…. I AM SO HAPPY FOR THIS MAN ! GOD BLESS YOU!

It is almost lilke communisim….A relative has 13 acres in the north end,, bought in 2004, and cannot have anything on it…No house, no mobile home..The way I understand , it is because they want to keep farmland,farmland…..It just means, that the northend, cannot grow and prosper…

Zoning laws need to be made more flexible in all areas. Families should be encouraged to live close to one another, especially in rural areas.

I really want to know why a rezoning fee of almost 2000.00 is necessary. What could possibly cost that much to make a decision to allow a mobile home across the street from another ? A do believe that would be a harship on every one needing to replace their home.
