I just want to thank everyone for their concern and prayers. Also, I want to thank the person who called 911 and got help to my husband as quickly as possible (you probably saved his life), the FHP, the Escambia Fire Rescue Stations and the Escambia County EMS.

My husband has a fractured vertebrae in his neck; he will be wearing a neck brace for at least 4 weeks. He has staples in the top of his head due to numerous lacerations. There are also minor bruises here and there. He is still in the hospital as of tonight; we are hopeful that he will be released tomorrow. All in all, he is alive and will recover from this nightmare thanks to all the good people who helped him.

glad to hear that he his doing ok, my husband came through there al life flight was landing. Our prayers r with him and his family

The man driving this truck, is doing well. He has minor injuries and we thank you for your prayers. we would also like to thank FHP and all emergcy workers.

We waited while the local Firemen worked the accident they did a great job! I hope the guy driving the truck will be okay. It looked really bad.
I wish people driving up on a backed up line of cars would take their place like everyone else in the line. Tennessee plates maybe they don’t have the same respect
the rest of us have. Then pushed themselves into the front of the line the trucker had know choice but to let them in. Thanks all who worked the accident.
