It seems to me that threathening a persons life ( in this case three lives) needs a much higher bond. If he gets out and carries out the threat, then what? Every one will say ” he should not have gotten out”. The way to prevent that is set the bond out of his reach. Judges today don’t always look at the big picture. Hope Mr. Nellums is ok and is on his guard if Bradley does make bond.

Robert is one of the best auto mechanics around, he has been robbed, cheated out of payment, sent to jail because he advertised on a sign that a lady did not pay him, arrested by what I was told was her cop boy friend. I suspect Bradly wanted something for nothing.

In my opinion that doesnt really have any bearing. He may have owed him money, but there are more civilized ways of going about it.

The question needs asked, did Nellums really owe Bradley $195? If so, Bradley most certainly went wrong in getting it and now he is in the right place regardless. A thought about desperation: desperate people will do desperate things especially during these desperate times.
