I do know Grover Smith, and I can't see him doing something like that. Chances are that we don't know the whole story. The sheriff is an elected official, and we have the chance to speak our piece every 4 years. One thing though,,, Escambia County could do lots worse than Grover and Larry. A pay raise from $12.00 an hour to something more reasonable would be a start. Glad the election is coming.................some supervisor in this screwed up agency wrote up one of the deputies for hitting a deer. Like it was the deputies fault.
