Are you folks kidding? Don’t you understand how important it is for a commissioner in Escambia County, Alabama to be the spokesman for county government in Alabama?
The condition of roads in our county has nothing to do with going to Washington to push for issues that will promote economic development, safe drinking water, access to health care and better jobs.
You are right, let’s all just sit right here and not try to make our county better. That’s a great idea!!

What a “Boon-Doogle”. I smell big waste of money and fat happy all expense paid trip for nothing.
Hey Larry, you wanna do something- pave some of these crappy roads- heck just re-stripe them. Give the Deputies a pay raise, give the County Employees a pay raise, and buy some decent equipment for the fire departments that protect our homes. If you spent more time trying to bring new industry to this county instead of listening to yourself on the radio, we might have the money to do all these things. I agree- stay in Washington with the rest of the do nothing politicians.

Larry is smart man. Washington was better place while he was up there. Too bad he could not have gotten face time with the Pres and fixed some of his problems. Larry could straighten this mess out and sell em a good insurance policy at the same time.
