Their just having a good time. Stop being so serious everybody, lighten up! You were kids once too! The ones of you who aren't still kids! And the kids around here don't need to be advocated 'unsafe behavior', i.e. mud riding. Their going to do it rather its mentioned in school or not. Look at where we live! There really isn't much else to do.
