Well lets see if this sheds any light on the questions. First of all he was in a stall of a car wash at 12:38 a.m. Temps about 20 to 25 degrees. Was he washing his car? Don’t think so. If he was he was dumb as dirt or a clean freak. That would have made me want know why he was in the car wash. Let’s see now we have major drug found along with a .270 which I use to deer hunt with. Very good gun but, not if mixed with drugs of any kind that includes alcohol which is the easiest drug of all to get. Let’s all be thankful that Deputy Rivkin saw this man while he was on patrol trying to protect the people of this end of the county. Very good job Scott. I thank you and all of the guys trying to give us some peace of mind in our communities.

A .270 is a high powered rifle not a shotgun, and no it is not required to be registered. It now belongs to the county or state government however. Terribly young to be throwing his life away. I am also wondering what attracted the officers attention, Ted Bundy was apprehended by a sharp Pensacola policeman because his tail light was out!

19 years old, on drugs, with a loaded shot gun in his truck at midnight.

Why did they let this sucker out on bond.
Thats no who I want in my neighborhood at night!
Good thing I’m not the judge.
This kid wouldn’t see the light of day for years.
He needs to have a huge wake up call!

so young to start screwing up his life…hed better get himself checked into a drug treatment center and get serious about his situation…i wonder what prompted the deputy to approach this young man initially…as well, i wonder if the firearm in his trunk was registered or not…
