I was coming down 31 from Bay Minette several weeks ago and when I went through the light towards United Bank and the water was just standing and I only knew this when I hit the water. There is NO drainage in the area. Just standing water. The water was this deep all the way past Chuck Stevens car lot. I am just glad that nothing happened to my car. Atmore or the County or whover is in charge of this road needs to do something before someone gets seriously hurt. Atmore needs to fix this problem.
