		<description>The sad part of this story is the part people don&#039;t see. This bridge was repaired by cutting holes in the bridge and putting in new pilings about a year ago. This bridge should have been raised instead of being repaired. This happens every time it rains very much. The creek came out of it&#039;s banks  while they were repairing it. I personally saw the equipment they were using  sitting in 2 to 3 ft. of water off the west end of the bridge at the time. I do not understand where county engineers are coming from. At the time this picture was taken, even the rails on the bridge are underwater.                    Janice parker</description>
