I serve this every year, and while it doesn't sound very christmasy, let
me tell you it is so good it is hugh success.

I have never given this easy recipe out before, but you won't believe
how great it is.....at least try it one night for dinner.

2 lg. cartons of breakstone cottage cheese 4%, large curd.
2 bunches of green onions, all chopped up.
3 lg. fresh tomatoes cut up in large cubes.
12 radishes cut up in slices.

Mix all together in a nice bowl.

Then pour 1/2 cup whole milk over the mixture and mix again.

Easy Peasy, but very pleasing to the pallet with all the rich
foods that are served.

I always set small fruit bowls on the table for this dairy dish
to be dished up in, or sometimes I put some fresh lettuce
in the bottom of the necessary amount of fruit bowls and
dish it up myself and have it ready on the table with the homemade
breads and the drinks.

This is very yankee, but please try it and enjoy.

I have some other recipes to share that are a little harder, but
worth the work.
Hope this is here after christmas.
