Sr.Chief Coleman, I am so thankful that our daughter Jessica decided at the end of her 8th grade year to join the NJROTC program at Northview. I'm thankful that we had the opportunity to get to know and work with you and to also be allowed as parents to participate with the program over the last 3 1/2 years. Our family will deeply miss having you in our daily lives as we have all grown to love and respect you as a leader and as our friend.

We have watch our daughter learn the importance of teamwork and commodery, to have respect for others and herself, how important it is to have & set goals in her life and most of all, she has gained valuable leadership skills that will carry her a long way throughout her life. The happy memories she will take with her from her experiences in your NJROTC unit throughout her high school years is something that no amount of money could ever buy. You have made a difference in her life and ours and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The instructor who will replace you has some very BIG shoes to fill. May the Lord bless you and your family Sr.Chief and go enjoy those golden years! (smile)

                                             LIVE * LAUGH * LOVE
***************************************************************************************

SFC Ewing, I finally had the honor of making your acquaintance Friday night. I was impressed by your kindness and concern with everyone's needs and your willingness to do whatever was in your powers, to meet those needs, no matter if the person was interested in the Army or not. You have a big heart and an open mind and I'm certain that your parents, wife and family are so very proud of the man that you are.

As you go onto the next chapter of your life, your role at Northview as their Army recruiter and as a friend will be greatly missed. May the Lord bless you and your family also SFC Ewing as you travel the world and touch the lives of many others.

Sr. Chief- I can't believe you are retiring, it makes me feel old. I remember when you used to help out the band when Chad was there and the Mardi Gras parades in Fairhope. I wish you and your family the best in your future endevours.

SFC Ewing- I know the life of a recruitier is all but hunky-dory. My husband is a Marine Corps recruiter. I wish you the best and God-speed.
