Why do they give leniency to people who are guilty of doing something they knew was wrong. This is a prime example of how our legal system needs a major overhaul. A 2 min. hearing seems like a waste of tax payers money to keep bringing him up to sentence and delaying it over and over again. I'm sure he's found religion by now and I hope he thanks god for our messed up judical system that keeps letting him off. My prayers are for his daughter and other family members who are on pins and needles every 2 min. court case waiting on the other shoe to drop.
