“felony vehicle theft warrants” note that it is plural so it seems he may be well on his way to making a career of stealing what others worked to own.

Most criminals don’t start off at the worst. They do a little wrong, get away with it, do something else, get away with it, do something a little worse, get away with it, eventually get caught, get a slap on the wrist, do some other things wrong, get away with them, decide the laws don’t apply to them, eventually have a long list of warrants out for them and a jury decides they are career criminals and someone decries the waste of a human life, blaming the justice system for not releasing them again to prey on you more.
