FYI — the forms in the story above are ONLY for the Century event on December 12. I’ve double checked with the health department — the forms above will be accepted on December 12 in Century.

Just wanted to to inform…….
I went and got my H1N1 vaccine and they wouldn’t take the form I printed offline here. It was a different color (white) from the forms they had there on Fairfield Drive and they had me fill out another form.
The good news was I was in and out in five minutes or less and it didn’t hurt.

At this point, the Century H1N1 vaccination clinic is the only one planned from Cantonment north, according to the health department.

Do they plan to give out the vaccine at the Molino Health Dept. at any point? Or will we have to go down to the Fairfield Drive location? If anyone knows I sure would like to know the answer so I can plan accordingly.

when are they going to go to Ernest Ward Middle school?? My son NEEDS the shot & I do not drive….any1 know??
