These are hard times, for some of us more than other's. I lost my job 7 months ago, & my husband let shortly after that! I am doing all I can to keep a roof over my childs head. I understand the check off list of things that are required & have no problem with it, BUT this lady is rude & inconciderate! I would love to have her JOB! She really doesn't understand this could have been the other way around no job is secure right now!
