Once again, as stated before, the story said that Atmore PD DID NOT CONTACT Florida authorities. That means Florida's lack of Response was ATMORE PD's fault, not Florida's. That is, IF all the details are accurate, at least.

Rockaway Creek Rd is a known route for the youngsters that want to elude police from either state. Four wheelers, intoxicated teens, speed demons and all other houligans use this road at will to evade anyone that might try to invade their privacy. A stepped up patrol from Atmore and ECSO would be more than appreciated.

FL authorities did not respond??? Why???? Isn't that still considered hit & run???? I have had someone do property damage when they crashed through our fence, only they were stuck and couldn't leave. The individual who was on something tried to get us to help un stick her, but we knew better. No matter the situation, you should be responsible for your actions no matter how big or small. That certainly could have had a much worse outcome on Rockaway Creek Rd.
