Last time I looked into buying property (in this same area) I had to have a minimum of something like 16 acres to build a single house thanks to Escambia County and their hard shell attitude toward someone wanting to build. This is one of the worst places to build in the State of Florida because of the restrictions. And now you can build a house on a LOT. Is someone padding a pocket? What about sewer? This just means more traffic, more population therefore, more businesses in the area like maybe WalMart, ugh! Don't want it, don't need it.
