Our home in Molino (same general area) was robbed of brand new Lawn equipment and tools…………….no one, that we know of, took fingerprints, or even questioned neighbors, and this happened 3 weeks later !!!!
When I called to ask about how the investigation was going, the employee at the Escambia Sheriff Dept. said I had to ask the officer who took the report. ???????????????????????????????????

The young fellow walked in with sox on his hands—-he’s been trained how to try to keep for leaving prints. GREAT JOB ON THE PART OF ALL INVOLVED.

“ME” you did good, your info led deputies to the criminal. this is why we all need to keep our eyes open. the community can kind of watch over ourselves and assist law enforcement with this stuff. suspicious things or stuff that does not look right, report. I think it is great that “ME” observed and reported if more folks do this we might have a chance to beat the criminals and let potential criminals know we are watching tham!

It’s great that atleast one of these guys has been caught. Kudos to the good neighbor willing to involved and for paying attention to what’s going on in their his neighborhood. So many seem so preoccupied and don’t even watch for the ordinary things like other cars, pedestrians, etc..much less something out of the ordinary. i think all neighborhoods need to start Neighborhood Watches to help prevent crime before it happens. Praise God that no one was hurt.

the type of vehicle parked up in the woods was a teal green firebird with no tag. This may have been the people who robbed the Tom Thumb!

If you can find out what type of vehicle, please update…I live on Sunshine Hill road and there was a suspicious vehicle parked up into the woods this morning around 6:15-6:20 time frame. This may have been them.
