We were west bound on I10 when I noticed the front left wheel of the truck over the barricade. I screamed "Look" as the accident was unfolding. I was hoping it would not continue as it did. The truck cab came over the barricade without the back wheels, bounced once and settled on the ground. As this was happening the tanker came over the barricade with the back 8 wheels of the truck still attached. We pulled over on the left side of west bound I10. Then a large cloud of gas was everywhere around the site. This gas quickly dissapated. I called 911 at 10:17 AM. We saw this accident as it was happening.
