I feel sorry for you Flaberghasted… You are such a cold person apparently… I am the wife of BRING IT ON and we do not wish anything bad on anybody… This economy DOES need the work and I know a lot of Contractors out there that TOTALLY AGREES with us… We are good christian people and will pray for you. We all just need the work….. BRING IT ON !!!!

to molinomomma What you dont seem to understand when you say “find another line of work” a person in their late 40’s that has been a contractor for more than 20 years invested in inventory etc. cant just say let me go out and apply for another line of work that is not hiring. I know a person who is a hard worker had been with a job 15yrs. has 20 years in that line of work and her job ended and for months now has put applications in everywhere and no one is calling. I wish no despair for anyone some of us are just thinking the work would be a blessing.

I cannot believe anyone would want to see a hurricane of any catagory hit Florida. I made it through Ivan and prayed to never have to go through that again. To bring it on, maybe it will take you on with it (If it comes our way. )

I couldn’t agree with this more. A great many people are out of work these days, not just contractors. Why would you wish the stress of having a home torn to pieces by a hurricane on anyone, especially homes with small children? Just to make a buck? And you say put the insurance to use–how many people out there can even afford to pay the deductible on said insurance in order to rebuild or repair their homes? Insurance rates are already sky high due to past storms, why would we wish for them to go even higher?
