They have been great, in my opinion. I really believe they need to up their premiums to stay in business. They did not "tuck tail" and leave as some did. They were fair with me after Ivan, and have been great in the 30+ years I have had my house and auto polices with them. I was amazed that they even survived after Ivan. It is a miracle anyone did.
