I think she got a low bail so they can follow her and tap her lines. She will blab. I am glad she got low bail because I get this. They can slap 2 counts of murder 1 on her later.

And yes, she was smiling ear to ear. They are smart and catering to her ego which is massive. We may soon find how much financial trouble she was also in.

DO THE MATH

8 – suspects 7male 1 female that trained up to 30 days for this mission

3 – vehicles lg red van, silver escalade suv & red mini van parked in a predetermined spot to facilitate escape

4 – minutes inside ex.large 9 bedroom house. So lg. that people who worked there on a weekly basis would get lost

1 – med. sized safe taken

2 – people killed

7 – suspects charged w/ up to and including murder and being held on up to $1million bond

2 – of these 7 have military experience

1 – of these 7 was 1st reported as being an active military Air Force staff seargent in Spec. Ops. He’s now being listed as an aircraft maintainer

1 – female suspect is prominate, very wealthy and the owner of the red mini van that was according to all suspects parked in a predetermined place near the crime scene. She was a passenger in the vehicle during the crime, the safe and the guns were transferred to her vehicle and transported from the crime scene. The safe and the guns were later found hidden on her property.

Female suspect has only been charged with accessory after the fact and has been released on $10,000 bail ($1,000) in real money.

Somebody wants her dead.

Is there any legal recourse for the public et al when a judge releases someone who was integrally involved in the (burtal) murder of two people?

Are there ways of recalling the judge who set the bail?

Can the judge be censored?

Can the Feds be brought in on any kind of corruption investigation when a court judge does something like this?

That Ms. Wiggins is free on $1000 (10% remember) seems to be such a gross violation of what is reasonable and right.

How can this have happened – it makes Escambia look ridiculous to have freed her.

What the heck is going on – and where is she?

When i saw Pamela on T.v. today i wondered how could someone smile they way
she did being in connection to a double homicide/home invasion robbery! Well
now you got a figure, if you only got a $10,000.00 bond and thinking all the while
“How fast can I get back to the boat and haul _ss!!! You’d smile too!!! Thats outrageous, im like another commenter who did she know?

According to the police report, she isnt cooperating. He husband had to tell police where the safe and firearms were.It was Gonzalez Senior who spilled the beans. She(Wiggens) is one of the leaders of this group of animals. I bet she was the one financing this murderous raid.She is the only one with the financial where-with-all to do it. From reading the report, she is up to her neck in this murder. …and as Sola said, “After the fact???” She was before the fact complicit in the organization,execution and even provided an instrument to evade after the fact (To wit: her van). She is a beast. Please States Attorney, toss this evil moster back in jail. Let her smile smugly behind bars.

I agree with all of you that the bail was extremely low. We need to show our outrage.

$10,000. is a miscarriage of justice!!! She is party to the crimes of a Robbery (home invasion) and a Double Homicide!!! Unless a gun was held to her head she is as guilty and as dangerous to society as the rest of them involved. Maybe worse? What kind of message does that send the community? The rich smiley bioch with the paid lawyer gets off easy and remains free on bail with her involvement in murder charges. – I know a peep in doing LIFE for picking up a hitchhiker who said ” he would pay for the gas but instead walked in and robbed the place while the driver was unaware!” Wrong place wrong time has been painful for a few in life but, this “classy lady” with the 6 months estranged husband put herself in this situation and chose her friends and aided them in their quest of horrendous criminality…

If Pamela Wiggins (etc etc) parked the van BEFORE the murders and robbery isn’t she an accessory BEFORE the fact

Seems like she is getting special treatment – why?

Geraldo Rivera is on his way though – it is a good thing the safe has already been found – unlikely Geraldo would be able to find it

But with Geraldo there I’d say some people got some “’splainin” to do re this bail

She sounds like she was as much involved as the rest—if not more so. A $10,000 bond? She may be long gone right right now. How far can you go on a large boat. Did the court pull her passport?

Accessory AFTER the fact? Sounds like BEFORE, to me, if she left her van there for people to use.
