In most branches of the Armed Forces there are provisions for Administrative actions such as suspension of pay, and even Separation from Service with an Other-Than-Honorable discharge, that do not require any action by a Court or Judge. No court decision required, just a Command action.

If he is proven innocent beyond reasonable doubt I will change my opinion. Until then he is nothing more than a scumbag and poor excuse for a member of the Armed Forces.
To you that are so sympathetic I ask “If he is so darned innocent, why is he fighting extradition back to Florida”?
If I were in his shoes and COMPLETELY innocent, I would be doing everything I could to get back here so I could clear my good name.

Maybe Jay just misspelled the word Air Force. It is one letter different. It could be that he put “a” instead of “o”. Come on people. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill

Lots of things can be said about everyone in this case. But until we know why I dont think we can judge anyone even then we should look at ourselves when we are fast to call names. If these people have went so low to kill like this it doesnt make them any diffrent from all the other people in prison for killing for money, This killing just seems like more than that for some. But if we ever know why it happened i wonder who will tell.

Whoever wrote “Air Farce” needs to get a life. Our men & women do a great job in all services of the military including the Air Force. Not funny Jay. I agree this Stallworth is a bad apple but don’t take it out on the Air Force.

Stallworth is AWOL. Could be that under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, his pay is stopped until an Article 32 investigation. Given what we know, the Art. 32 investigation is the least of his troubles.

He’s in jail, and according to what I’ve read, was fighting extradition. He is active duty military and how his pay and allowences are handled are covered by military law. It has nothing to do with civil rights.

The Air Farce might be a bit premature in witholding his pay… And consider that the only evidence that connects him to this horrific crime is a photo line-up where he was pointed out by one of the others who is in jail in Pensacola. Could it be spite or revenge for some other issue? On the surface, that’s pretty slim for throwing him under the bus.
