That the safe had already been emptied of what they had stolen the safe for in the first place. Of course all that was left was stuff they didn't want. They didn't rob the place for papers and passports. What they stole the safe for was already gone! And all this hoopla over what a good job the sheriff is doing is bull. Each person is telling on the others. The ESCO isn't figuring all this out, the culprits are telling in detail on each other. The plot will thicken, count on it. Is everyone forgetting that this safe was found buried? That the safe had already been emptied of what they had stolen the safe for in the first place.
