If anyone has children,they will understand why......if I ever had trouble with breaking the law and being arrested....I would expect this kind of treatment.....if I am innocent,the truth will set me free.........I do believe there have been cases of innocent people being the cruel victim of being framed,but I seriously doubt it has been the majority of times.......but you are correct in saying that one is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty...... I understand setting bond and that but if on bond the need for GPS tracking?
