Why are we giving convicted felons or obitual offenders 2nd,3rd, 4th or more chances and letting them back in society to commit more crimes, where do we draw the line? after innocent people loose their lives because they(suspects) are too sorry to be a man and get a real job instead just thinking they can go and take something someone has worked for all their lives and giving back so much and then to be shot in cold blood...
