I am not satisfied with the PSC ruling.
At&T never delivered last year’s book to my home and it is very incovenient for me and my wife to be hooked to the information number every time we need to look for someone’s telephone number.
I will appreciate if you provide the toll number I must contact to get a new book.

I agree. I’d rather have the book. William, can you get us the number to call to get one?

Not all local phone subscribers have access to the internet. If AT&T is not going to delivery white page residential directories there should be limited number of calls to directory assistance without a change every month.
If AT&T is going to save the cost of a printed directory that savings should off set any directory assisance calls.
