Wish they has such great food here in New York with Whataburger taste and the milkshake was the best I have had in years! Do understand Whataburger is from Texas so, NY will not have any as they are located in the southern U.S.A.! People deserve a great burger, along with other foods & drinks, Whataburger provides exactly that and more! When I am in Jacksonville, Florida passing thru....I will stop at a Whataburger and enjoy the best burger a& shake on the planet....... My family lived in Orlando for a decade and were thrilled when it came to Florida. The problem is that it was not the same as the 700 locations in Texas. There was no way to compare the Texas locations to the Florida because of the difference in culture between the states. We moved back to Texas and visit Whataburger at least 10 times a month. For the comment on the employee holding his pants up and the cell phone in the other hand, has to be made up. I'm sure there are dress code regulations enforced and I have never witnessed any such a thing. I have always been quite pleased with the service and everyone has always been polite.
