Children in today's world need to understand that inappropriate touching is never ok, even if it's by a parent, a grandparent, a sibling, a teacher, a preacher, a policeman, or anyone else out there. Unfortunately, sick people can come in all disguises, (many of which children are taught to "trust"), so they have to understand that they need to scream loud and hard if ANYONE does something to them that's inappropriate. Kids get so busy watching for strangers in dark hooded coats they miss that Uncle John Q Public is just as bad when he does things.
