The only thing is though, her coaches are doing her no favor, they actually are hurting her stats over the long haul and hurting her body, which could make her and the team pay a hefty price when they need her the most. I am certain there are other team members that could pitch a few innings or even games, without jepordizing the integritity of the team. Just judging from experience, it seems to me the coaches are trying to hard not to move anyone, so that way they think they make everyone happy. Problem is though, the team suffers, and the player suffers, and it will show itself in the results of your games. An old rule that will always hold true, you can't be the players buddy and be their coach. Players expect their coach or coaches to make those hard decisions, and when you don't, you lose the respect of the team, and then you cannot control the games you need to win. Think about it.
