In the past, I have seen him in many phases of his personality. He could be kind, hard working, a bit intelligent, soused, angry, happy, and sometimes just downright stupid. This was one of his "downright stupid" moments. The man has had a lot of problems with his addictions throughout his life time, and it steadily progressed after he was seriously injured on a past job. He nor anyone can claim their stupidity and drug addicted actions on "life". The man made his choice to remain addicted to drugs. He had plenty of opportunities to get off that train, and he had a lot of support to do so if he had wanted .
