If no one cared about stats, and they didn’t need to keep them, and keep them correctly, then we wouldn’t have a hall of fame in any sport. How do you think they
get there, by their team winning. NOT…….. They get their based on their stats at what they’re doing, hitting,fielding, pitching, etc…
So to say know one cares about stats, is a little strange statement. I think I know what your trying to say, but I will not put words in your mouth. But I must respectfully disagree with your comment that no one cares about stats. As far as so many people keeping up with a score book, it might be, because they know errors are made in stat keeping at some games, so they keep them. Or, it might just be they enjoy doing it, so let them enjoy it. I don’t, but I can see why someone might want to keep them. Also, its good to go back and look at them later for your own piece of mind. I never so much would be brought up about me pointing out errors in the stat keeping of a game. I’ll make sure to be a little more carefull in the future.

When and where’s the dance.Good luck tonight Chiefs,you guys have done a great job.Play from the heart ,trust your skills,and every thing will work it self out.Lets show alot of spirit and support during the game,get fired up show this team thay’re no differant than we are.Jump on them quick ,not stopping until the last pitch is thrown.The boat is in port all we have to do is aboard.Watch out for “one watching” he’ll be dancing all the way.

14 hits and NO ERRORS is an incorrect statement. Not a negative statement about the team, just the stat reporting. The team knows what they have to do to get over the hurdle thats in front of them. They can do just that, but they just have to believe they can, and then perform as they are capable of doing. If they play mistake free ball, and hit like their hitting, they can beat anybody. Your surely intitled to your opinion ” one watching” go ahead and dance.
