We did not get a booklet, but got the letter. Is is just me, or does everything Frontier send out not make sense? For a communications company, they dont communicate real well.

If I am not mistaken, this came in the form of a booklet. I thumbed through it but did not read up on it. Hopefully I can find the booklet!
