The house is not only sub standard, it is ready to fall down. Im sure after it sells, the county will swoop in and slap a comdemned sticker across the door to welcome the new owners to the county. Right now doesn't seem like a good time for the County to be in the real estate business. The decline in value from $32,700 to $3648 in less than 2 years is about 88%.
