Have open air bars, retail spaces with water views in many of the current buildings. Have a GOOD storm resistant break water installed. Remove all parking meters (is there a parking meter in the Shopping Centers?) Allow sidewalk dining/drinking in the downtown area and the waterfront County: Have the County look into why Alabama and Baldwin Co. is SO successful and Escambia County is SO unsuccessful in attracting large numbers of new jobs. We need all types of JOBS for our population. Our non military jobs are getting less and less without any major effort by the Town and County! Close the port of Pensacola:
