I have known Mr. Barrow since 1960.
He is a kind man and my dad’s best friend.
When my mother is unwell he brings my father to his Dr. appointments if us children are unable to.
I am grateful to him and what he taught us as our little league coach many years ago.
I respect him greatly and am very happy that he received this honor.

Lloyd is well deserving of this honor. He is an unassuming man who works quietly in the background for his community. He is devoted to his family and his faith. It's been an honor in itself to have known Lloyd for many years. His mother would be very proud.
