This is the same area that had the speed reduced to 55, but do you think people bother to slow down. Even with the yellow flashing lights, most still do 65-70 mph. The speed limit is the MAXIMUM speed you are allowed to go NOT the suggested speed. AND the sign is in English so "all y'all" should be able to read it. With the roads wet from the rain I'm sure the driver didn't even think to slow down. They were still working on this when I passed by at 6pm.
